WP 5 CONSORTIUM MANAGEMENT
Objectives
Management of the consorium and of activities not covered by any other coordination activity of the network.
Tasks
- coordination at donsortium level of 'technical' activities of the network
- Overall legal, contractual, financial and administrative management of the constortium
- Co-ordination of knowledge management, IPS and other innovation-related activities
- Maintaining communications with the Commission
- Overseeing science and society issues related to the research activities conducted within the project
- Obtaining audit certificates by each of the participants
Events and Reports
The Joint Secretariat will be established in the first year and continue to function within all project activities. The Network Steering Committee will be established within 6 months, and will meet twice a year. Annual reports will be written describing the progress in establishment of the European research area in Plant Genomics.
