Call closed - more than 50 transnational research projects submitted
ERA-PG launched its second joint call for research ‘Strenghtening the European Research in Plant Genomics - integrating new technologies in plant science’on 2 January 2008. The call was addressed to plant genomics researchers in Austria, Canada (affiliated partner), Flanders (Belgium), Finland, Germany, Israel, The Netherlands, Portugal and United Kingdom.
A budget of in total over 15 million Euros has been allocated by the participating funding agencies. The Call uses a Jointly Administrated Pot. In this model there is one central secretariat, evaluation and selection are done according to commonly agreed procedures and consortium agreements and IPR conditions are developped transnationaly while the funding follows national rules and each national funding organisation funds only the research consortium members from its own country.
